PinPoint Mechanical completed the gas installation scope for a custom residential build in Mission, delivering both underground and interior gas systems to support the home’s full appliance requirements.
Scope & Requirements
The project required a complete gas system installation, including a long underground run from the meter to the home, as well as a structured interior distribution system to efficiently supply multiple appliances.
Approach & Coordination
PinPoint coordinated installation with the builder to ensure proper sequencing between underground servicing and interior rough-in. Careful planning was required for the 100′ gas line run, along with layout and integration of the interior system to align with framing and mechanical requirements.
Work Completed
Installed a 100′ underground gas line from the meter to the home, transitioning above grade into the structure
Completed full rough-in of interior gas piping
Designed and built a central manifold system to supply gas to individual appliances
Outcome
The system was installed to specification and aligned with construction timelines, providing a reliable and organized gas distribution setup ready for final connections and use.
