PinPoint Mechanical completed the full plumbing scope for a new residential construction project in Coquitlam, supporting the build from initial site servicing through to final fixture installation.
Scope & Requirements
The project required complete mechanical integration, including site servicing connections, full interior rough-in, and finish-stage fixture installation. Coordination with the builder and other trades was essential to maintain construction timelines and sequencing.
Approach & Coordination
PinPoint worked closely with the builder and on-site trades to align installation with the overall construction schedule. Site services were brought into the structure early to support downstream work, while rough-in and finishing phases were executed in step with framing, inspections, and interior progress.
Work Completed
Installed all exterior site service connections, including sanitary, water, gas, and storm lines, and routed them into the structure
Completed full interior rough-in for DWV and waterlines across all plumbing fixtures
Supplied and installed plumbing fixtures during the finishing phase
Outcome
The project was delivered in line with construction timelines, with all systems installed to specification and ready for occupancy. Coordination across phases ensured a smooth progression from rough-in to final installation.
